HOW ABOUT THE PAYMENT METHOD AND DEPOSIT?
Through our online booking  you can check availability, choose the fast boat, input your details, get the confirmation, online payment with credit card/ paypal and get the ticket. Please inform us, if you want pay later and we will keep your booking.

HOW LONG I WILL GET THE CONFIRMATION?
If you full the registration, you will get the confirmation automatically.

WHICH FAST BOATS ARE DEPARTED FROM SERANGAN, SANUR, OR PADANG BAY HARBOUR?

• Bluewater Express, Mahi-Mahi, Blackpearl, Island Getaway depart from Serangan harbour to Gili Trawangan and than Lombok.
• Scoot Fast Cruise and Rocky depart from Sanur to Nusa Lembongan and Lombok
• Gili Cat, Ekajaya, Ocean Star, Gili – Gili fast boat, Wahana Gili Ocean and Marina depart from padang bai harbour to Gili trawangan and Lombok.

HOW LONG THE FAST BOAT REACH GILI TRAWANGAN AND LOMBOK FROM BALI?
Our fast boat need around one and half hour to reach Gili Trawangan and Lombok from Bali.

IS THERE ANY DISCOUNT IF I MAKE RESERVATION ONLINE FOR FAST BOAT SERVICE?
10% discount is given for the reservation via online and 15% discount if grouping (min 6 pax).

HOW MUCH PASSENGER LOAD CAPACITY FOR FAST BOAT SERVICE?
We provide also the chartering fast boat with capacity 16, 32, 35, 60, 77 and 125 seats. Please contact us for your need.

HOW ABOUT PASSENGER INSURANCE FOR FAST BOAT SERVICE?
All passengers are covered by insurance.
The insurrance will given to the passenger when the accident happened.
